Images to Paint Vol. 1 is the first in a series of books that Julie and Anthony Hand have published under the banner of PHOTO JOURNAL IRELAND. As some artists specialize in certain subjects such as Lighthouses, Landscape, Castles, Flowers etc. we have included 17 sections on different subjects, hoping to cover most topics.
This is not a book to teach you how to draw or paint with Water Colours, Oils or Acrylic. This is a book that will bring the outdoors inside and make it easier for you, the Artist, to be more versatile with your work without having to travel all over the country. Hopefully this will be the first of many books that will form an Encyclopaedia of “Images to Paint “.
